The operation resulted in the apprehension of 66 individuals across 13 states, who were part of a complex web of operatives using legitimate kiosks to issue "ghost" SIMs.
The scale of the operation is staggering – 544 SIMs were seized, with over 400 more en route to their intended recipients.
