Combs' Counterclaim Raises Questions About Power and Accountability Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a countersuit against Rodney Jones Jr. , who initially accused Combs of sexual assault, grooming, and other misconduct.
The new complaint alleges that Jones stole Combs' private footage and sold it to Netflix as part of the documentary series Sean Combs: The Reckoning.
Combs is currently serving a four year prison sentence for transporting individuals for prostitution.
